Once payment has cleared, we will post within 3 business days
If for some unforseen event we have a shortage of stock, we will contact you and advise of new timeframe
or arrange alternative solution.
Express Deliveries can be arranged for an additional $20 Australia wide and are despatched the same business day as payment received.
We reserve the right to amend these shipping charges when -for example- your order requires multi boxes, heavy loads or bulky items.
In that case we will contact you to discuss the best shipping options.
Damaged / Incorrect Product
In the event that you receive a product that is either damaged or not the product you ordered, please notify the Statpack Customer Service
by sending (fax, scan & email) this Return Form (download RF here) within 7 days of receipt of the product.
In order to process the return quickly the Return Form must be provided with the goods returned.
You will then be able to choose for a refund or an exchange.
Product Return
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Customers are responsible for finding/obtaining the correct products for their individual needs.
In the event that you decide that you do not want the product you have ordered, Statpack may -at it's discretion- decide to accept the return of the product within 7 days.
Please notify the Statpack Customer Service
by sending (fax, scan & email) this Return Form (download RF here) within 7 days of receipt of the product.
Any such return will attract a 10% restocking fee calculated at the current retail price. No refunds will be provided for any opened product.
Refunds will be executed when the item is received by Statpack in the same
unopened original manufacturer's packaging and condition that it was sent.
We will only refund the cost of the goods excluding shipping and handling charges.
Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
Warranty Claims
Some goods sold by Statpack are covered with a manufacturer warranty. It is
the customer's responsability to fill in and return the manufacturer's
warranty form. No refund can be provided by Statpack.
Statpack is not responsible for the handling products' warranty processes.
